Questions
Are passwords stored?+
No. They exist in this page until you copy them or leave.
Is this “military grade” or guaranteed unbreakable?+
No. It uses standard Web Crypto randomness. Strength still depends on length, unique use, and how you store the result.
Guides for this tool
- How to generate a password you will actually store
Use Web Crypto randomness, pick a length, and put the result in a password manager. What the strength meter is not.
- How to make a QR code for a link, email, or Wi‑Fi network
Encode the right payload, pick a size, and remember that a Wi‑Fi QR contains the password in plain sight.
- How to hash text (and why you cannot un-hash it)
MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, and SHA-512 in the browser. Compatibility vs password storage.
