2. The service

ToolNest provides free browser-based utilities. Tool processing occurs on your device, except for the contact form and any advertising or analytics described in the privacy policy.

3. Free use

You may use ToolNest for personal or commercial purposes, free of charge.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Always keep backups of important files before processing them. Some tools depend on third-party libraries or CDNs that may be unavailable.

5. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the service to process illegal content.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt the service.
• Don’t reproduce the service as your own without modification.

6. Intellectual property

The ToolNest name, logo, and design are our property. Content you generate belongs to you.

7. Liability

ToolNest shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
