How to create a simple invoice PDF
This invoice tool is for a clean PDF, not for tax filing. Totals are quantity × rate with a $ prefix in the file.
Fill the header, then the lines
From and Bill To are plain text. Invoice numbers are whatever scheme you already use. Each item is one line: description | quantity | rate.
Tax and currency
There is no tax engine. Add tax as its own line if you need it. Choose USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, BDT, INR, AUD or CAD. The selected currency formats the amounts; no exchange-rate conversion is performed. Rates use that currency’s minor-unit precision.
